Tomorrowland’s New CORE Stage.
Revealed on Sunday, the Tulum-based CORE stage, crafted by the creative team behind Tomorrowland, is designed to be packed into a single container.
Nestled amid the natural beauty of Tulum, Tomorrowland’s new CORE stage seamlessly blends with the jungle surroundings. Adorned with a rocky structure, water elements, and an array of lights and laser beams, the stage offered an immersive audiovisual experience for the audience of over 16,000 attendees. Noteworthy artists such as Boys Noize, Diplo, Disclosure, HAAi, Mind Against, and others graced the stage during the unveiling.
As night fell, the CORE stage showcased custom-made video content on a central video wall, projecting dreamlike visuals. An intriguing addition was the incorporation of lights, video, and scents, creating a multi-sensory journey for the audience. Furthermore, as morning arrived, the stage transformed into a more vibrant setting.
Standing tall at 17 meters and spanning 30 meters in width, the stage featured inflatable decorations designed for touring convenience, with all components fitting into a single container. Boasting 209 moving lights, 96 strobe lights, 14 water fountains, and various other technical marvels, the CORE stage, a year in the making, showcases both visual and auditory innovation.
The CORE stage underscores Tomorrowland’s dedication to raising the bar for live entertainment, poised to captivate a global audience, including two weekends in the forests of Tomorrowland in Boom, Belgium, in July 2024.
